I am having difficulty logging in to my account. What can i do?

There are a few places that logins can be done in iScore.

If you are having trouble logging in to the Admin Website (http://my.iscorecentral.com), go to Options -> Admin Website screen in iScore on your device, and it will show your Customer ID and Password there. If you try and log in and it still does not work, try changing your password on the Options -> Admin Website screen, and then try logging in again. If it still does not work, try doing an Options -> Export from within iScore, make sure you get the "Successful" message, and then try logging in again. If you are unable to successfully export, you may be on a network with a restrictive firewall. Schools and government offices typically have very restrictive firewalls on their networks that may block iScore exports. Try connecting to a less restrictive network if you find that exports are failing.

If you are trying to log in to your Team Website, it expects you to use the Admin Password from your device, so you would use the same steps as above. If you are entering your Admin Password and it is still not letting you in, then chances are you have set either your Photos or your Guest password to the same thing as your Admin password. Try changing the Admin password with the steps described above, and then log in.

If you are trying to log in to the iScorecast server (http://iscorecast.com), and it is not recognizing your account, then you have likely not done an iScorecast from your device. The iScorecast server will not recognize your device until you have done at least one iScorecast. To do this, go to Options -> i-ScoreCast in iScore, and then turn iScorecast ON. Create a new game and begin scoring while connected to the internet. This will create an iScorecast, and you will then be able to log in to the iScorecast server. Another option is if you already have scored a game while iScorecast was off, and would like to send it up to the server, you can go to Game Manager in iScore, select the game, then select "i-ScoreCast Synchronize". This will send your game up to the iScorecast server and you will then be able to log in.

If you are having trouble logging in to the iScore Forum (forgot password, etc), you can go to the forum at http://iscoreforum.com, and click the Login button in the upper left corner. There will then be links in the login area for "I forgot my password" and "Resend activation e-mail" that can be used to recover a lost / forgotten password. If you have never registered for the forum, you can also register from here. The forum maintains a separate login system from the iScore devices (you do not have to be an iScore user to register for the forum).

If you are having trouble logging in to the iScore Central app, make sure you have a good network connection, then go into the Central app and press the "hamburger icon" in the top left (the three horizontal lines icon). Press "Sign In" in the screen that appear and then press the "Forgot username or password?" link in the login screen. See this link for more information.
